治療薬ヨシノンAは飲むだけで脂肪が消滅！？白米のカロリー60%カットで水着も怖くない

2017年1月28日のテレビ番組、「サタデープラス」で今後ダイエットが不要になる可能性があるとされるヨシノンAが紹介されていました。

この治療薬があれば、ハワイで「水着になるのも怖くなくなる？」っと感じたので、番組内で紹介されていた内容についてまとめてみました。

肥満治療新薬のヨシノンAとは

ヨシノンAは、石垣島の吉原海岸で採取された藍藻（らんそう：バクテリア）です。採取場所の吉原海岸の名称から、「ヨシノン」と命名されたそうです。

ヨシノンAは、「脂肪そのものを消すという働き」があり、飲むだけで脂肪が無くなるとされています。番組中では、ヨシノンAにより減っていく脂肪の実験映像や、マウスの実証実験によりその効果は実証済みという結果のデータが発表されていました。

ヨシノンAを発見したのは、神奈川大学特別招聘教授の上村大輔先生です。上村先生は、世界50ヵ国以上で承認される乳がん治療薬の元となるクロイソカイメンを発見した先生でもあります。

ヨシノンAが人体に試される時期について

目標は、今から3年後の2020年に人体への臨床研究に入るということでした。

ヨシノンAによって、世界規模の問題である肥満を解消できれば、人類にとって大きく貢献できると説明されていました。

ココナッツオイルを利用して白米のカロリー最大60%カット

ご飯を炊く際に、ココナッツオイルを利用することで、カロリーが最大60%もカットできるそうです。

番組内では、世界中のお米38種類で試した結果、10～60%カットされたと紹介されていました。

白米のカロリーを60%カットさせる方法

1. 白米一合に対して、ココナッツオイルを小さじ1杯入れる。
2. いつも通りに炊飯する。
3. 一番のポイントは、炊き上がったお米を12時間目安で一度冷蔵庫で冷ます。

12時間冷蔵庫で冷やすことによって、ココナッツオイルの脂質が、白米の糖質であるでんぷんを体内に吸収され難い「難消化性」状態に変化させてくれるそうです。
